Refund Policy
Return unopened items within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund of original purchase price. SZN Supplements LLC is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.
*Wholesale quantities are not eligible for this policy, and we are not liable to issue any refund for opened items. However, orders returned unaltered will receive a full refund (shipping excluded).
International Orders & Customs:
SZN Supplements LLC is not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or have special requirements to clear customs. We ask that you contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.
If for any reason your package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order, will not be included with your refund.
Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason — including lack of import permits, prescriptions, or because the item is banned by your country WILL NOT be refunded.
Important: These terms are non-negotiable and will be enforced at the discretion of SZN Supplements LLC. Customer service will not investigate any order disputes past the 30-day grace period. Should you ever have questions or concerns regarding a recent order, please contact customer service immediately.
